3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bc35 withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit + bonus combined). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing any bonus winnings.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• An account can receive the welcome bonus only once.
• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be completed within a specified time period.
• No bonus can be withdrawn directly — winnings earned from a bonus are only withdrawable after the wagering conditions have been met.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account termination.

5.1 Sports Betting

bc35 allows betting on various sports including cricket, football, tennis, and kabaddi. Once a bet is accepted, the outcome is determined according to the official results of the relevant sports authority.

5.2 Bet Cancellation & Changes

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If an event is cancelled or a result cannot be determined for a specific reason, bc35 will decide on refunding the amount for that bet.

5.3 Casino Games

5.4 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is affected by a technical error or disconnection, bc35 will make its decision based on recorded data. This decision will be considered final.

6.2 Moving Up Tiers

You can gradually advance to higher VIP tiers through regular play and active participation. bc35 reserves the right to manage the tier determination process at its own discretion.

6.3 Cashback Terms

bc35's own calculation method applies when distributing weekly cashback. Cashback will be credited directly to your account and wagering conditions may also apply to it.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bc35 platform:

• Operating an account using a fake identity or false information.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using fraudulent methods to obtain bonuses or promotions.
• Any activity related to money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors improperly.
